Each one is unique! Hand made by local ébéniste Solid hardwood. Knotty Birch with Sapele lid, base and corner splines. Continuous grain that wraps around all 4 corners. Mitered corners are reinforced with splines for added strength and detail. Chamfered edge profile on lid and base. The base design creates a shadow line that makes the urn appear to be elevated
